Maverick,
I think that you should change your name in "Great Maverick the Genius"!
Your dioramas are more and more magnificent ............But that becomes frustrating for our realizations
I am impatient to see the suite of your "scratch SDF-1"
See you soon "Great Maverick Genius"...

thanks for your very kind words guys
Ratatarse: yours too is like heaven, for all macross fans
Lancer: i really wanted to have an exhibit-like setup for my collection, but to get a "museum" comment.. i am so humbled by it. thanks
Nicks: nahhh.. it's just i get the luxury of time lately to think and mull things over as to how i am going to setup my display and do all those scratch builds, but hey, your ongoing project would definitely be the bomb. i've been following your diorama thread silently.. looking forward to see its completion
gran-steak: thank you
gran-steak: merci:)

hello guys.. it's been a while..
would like to share another part of my collection.. aside from macross, i'm also into collection Large Anime Statues, and some western toys..
:: MY DISPLAY AREA ::
Roughly Two months in the making.. I personally made all the plans, chose the all materials to be used, electrical wirings and halogen installation were done by me and a friend (sugar.. who also helped me with the electronics for macross armored factory) Given my budget constraints, it wasn't easy.
The room used to be my sister's room.. after mom told me she might be leaving to USA for good, i basically have the entire house for myself. She did ask me if i wanted to transfer to our other house, and just sell the old one, but being quite the "sentimental type" i opted to just stay at our old house, besides.. i like its location better..
nuff talk.. here's my new setup hehehe (pics where actually taken a month ago.. will update this one soon with the new statues displayed)
ANIME STATUE DEDICATED WALL/CABINET
With Lighting Type A (Camera was set to automatic color balance, so the light color is exactly the same as actual)
With Lighting Type B (Camera was set to automatic color balance, so the light color is exactly the same as actual)
